Is there a minimum age requirement

To ensure a calm and tranquil environment for all guests, ROH welcomes guests aged 16 years and over. Unfortunately, children under the age of 16 are not permitted within the spa or restaurant

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

We kindly recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

I’m pregnant, can I still have treatments?

Yes, we offer a selection of pregnancy-safe treatments. Please contact Reception for guidance and recommendations.

I think I left something behind during my visit. How can I check lost property?

Please email info@rohdayspa.com and a member of our team will aim to respond within 24 hours.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets or animals.

I would like to speak to someone regarding a new or existing spa booking. What number should I call?

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 9:30am – 11:30am.

What time is lunch served?

Lunch is served from 12:00pm – 2:30pm. Light snacks are available from 2:30pm onwards.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code. We want you to feel completely comfortable during your visit.

Can I make a reservation for The Lounge?

At present, we are not taking reservations for The Lounge.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against treatments, spa experiences, dining and retail purchases. Gift vouchers can be redeemed online here.

Can you arrange something special for our visit?

Absolutely. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply wish to elevate your experience, we’d be delighted to help. Please contact us at least 72 hours before your visit to discuss your requirements.
