Guest Bookings
Bookings can be made online or by calling 00000000000. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A full refund will be issued should your booking be cancelled or amended outside of the applicable cancellation policy window.

Guest Cancellations
Individual treatment bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or amendment. Multiple treatment bookings and spa day packages require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or amendments made within these timeframes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes to the date or time of a booking within the cancellation period will be treated as a cancellation and full charges will apply.

Your Information
We will use the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in line with GDPR regulations.

Offers
All offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Offers are valid for new bookings only and are correct at the time of publication. Pre-booking is essential. Promotions cannot be applied to gift voucher purchases or special/public events unless explicitly stated.

Events
Individual events may carry their own specific booking, payment and cancellation terms.

Ticketed events are subject to minimum attendance levels being met. ROH reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel any advertised event with a minimum of 7 days’ notice to affected guests.

Restaurant Reservations
Should you no longer wish to dine with us, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your reservation.

For no-shows or late cancellations, a charge of £20 per person will be applied to the card held on file.

Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to amend your reservation, please contact our team. We will always do our best to accommodate changes wherever possible, subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

Day Spa Cancellations by ROH
Whilst we always endeavour to honour all reservations, we reserve the right to cancel bookings where necessary.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided. Beyond this refund, ROH shall have no further liability in relation to the cancellation.

Cashless Venue
Please note that ROH is a cashless venue and only accepts card payments.

Service Charge
An optional 12.5% team service charge will be added to all food and beverage bills.

What is the Team Service Charge?
The optional team service charge is shared amongst the team and recognises those who help deliver an exceptional guest experience throughout your visit.

The charge is calculated on the total bill before any discounts are applied. Should you prefer not to pay the service charge, please let a member of the team know and it will be removed from your bill.
